To ensure the accuracy, reliability, and long service life of your equipment, ARGO-HYTOS offers professional calibration and service for oil condition monitoring devices.

Regular calibration helps maintain measurement accuracy and is an essential part of an effective quality management system.
If your company is certified or plans to be certified according to ISO 9001, measuring equipment should be calibrated at defined intervals to ensure traceable and reliable measurement results.

Our services include:

Shipment & Service Info

Service

We offer services related to oil condition measurements and fluid filtration. Our proven equipment allows us to measure not only oil contamination caused by solid particles or water, but also the condition of the working fluid by analyzing the physical characteristics of the oil. The ultra-fine filter elements installed in our service units guarantee excellent fluid cleanliness and thus maximum protection of our customers’ machines.

We support our customers in the following areas:

  • off-line filtration, filling of machines with fresh oil

  • oil dewatering

  • cleaning of oil systems

  • modernization of existing hydraulic stations

  • installation of stationary filtration units in working machines, e.g. injection molding machines, presses, hydraulic power packs, etc.

  • installation, commissioning and maintenance of hydraulic stations

  • technical advice

Are you interested in Condition Monitoring or Fluid Management and want to equip a system with off-line filtration, sensors, and measurement technology, but do not have experience with this technology?

We will be pleased to support you in implementing your measurement task and advise you on system integration and connectivity. Benefit from our experience with different applications.

 

Installation service

You need assistance with the installation of the condition monitoring system in your plant? We will take care of the mechanical installation, cabling, system integration, testing, and initial start-up.
On request, we will install a remote monitoring system (e.g. GSM/Ethernet) on site and also take over regular data collection and analysis.
