Shipments from outside the European Union

If you are sending equipment from a country outside the EU, please include a Proforma Invoice or Commercial Invoice to facilitate customs clearance.

The shipment documentation should contain:

• Device name

• Serial number

• Purpose of shipment (calibration, repair, or warranty claim)

• Declared value of the device

• Reference to the order number (if applicable for calibration or repair)

Providing a complete documentation helps avoid customs delays and ensures faster processing of your service request.
