Description

Screw-in sensor for continuous monitoring of the oil condition and wear in gear applications.

The sensor monitors the mechanical wear of parts and components, detecting ferromagnetic particles. The particle quantity is continuously recorded and evaluated, using an inductive measuring principle.

In addition, the sensor itself detects changes in the hydraulic or lubricating medium. In this way, temperature, humidity, fill level, oil type and oil ageing can be monitored.
