Baar, Switzerland – ARGO-HYTOS announces changes within its Executive Management team. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Marcus Fischer decided to leave the company effective July 3, 2026, to pursue new opportunities. Chief Financial Officer Benjamin Bass will leave ARGO-HYTOS effective October 31, 2026, to take on a new position within the Voith Group. Effective July 1, 2026, Nils Fleck will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, and effective August 1, 2026, Isabell Katschmer will join the company as Chief Financial Officer.

After nearly two decades with ARGO-HYTOS, Dr. Fischer leaves the company following an outstanding career marked by a strategic vision, dedication and a strong commitment to the company’s success. He played an essential role in developing ARGO-HYTOS to a globally recognized business partner. Under his leadership the company expanded its international footprint and strengthened its market position with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Since joining ARGO-HYTOS as Chief Financial Officer in 2023, Benjamin Bass has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial organization and supporting its strategic development. He will continue his professional career within the Voith Group.

Nils Fleck brings many years of international leadership experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Prior to joining ARGO-HYTOS, he held several executive management positions and most recently served as CEO of Hugo Kern und Liebers GmbH & Co. KG, an internationally active manufacturer of engine and transmission components. With a background in engineering and business engineering, he has extensive expertise in the automotive industry, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.

Isabell Katschmer is an experienced international finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Prior to joining ARGO-HYTOS, she held several senior finance and executive management positions in internationally active industrial companies, most recently as Senior Vice President Finance & Controlling at Freudenberg e-Power Systems. With extensive expertise in finance, strategy, transformation, and operational excellence, she has successfully supported long-term business growth and organizational development.
