First SPU in AHCZ

We are very pleased to be able to officially launch the first SPU (Small Production Unit) in our plant. The „Samag-4 milling and automatic deburring“ project has started already in 2019, when the first ideas about automatic robotic deburring began to emerge. Despite a lot of obstacles related to testing, measuring, or debugging blocks, it was managed to a successful end. The result of 3.5 years of work is thus an acceleration of the continuous production time, the elimination of errors and health problems that occurred during manual de-needling.
New KADIA machine finally in AHCZ

Kadia 6 finally in AHCZ. Installation work is currently underway and the machine will be revived in the coming week.
Academy of Hydraulics

The HR department, in cooperation with the AHCZ application department, has prepared for all employees the opportunity to participate in the educational program ACADEMY OF HYDRAULICS. The goal of the program is to increase participants‘ awareness of what we produce in our company, where our final products go and what their function is there, or what the current trends in hydraulics are.
New DMG lathe finally in AHCZ

The new DMG lathe for the prototype workshop is already taking its place. We purchased this machine in order to be able to produce prototypes in high quality, independent of production, and thus fundamentally reduce the development times for new types of valves.

Internal logistics audit

Starting on February 1st, 2022, in our company the AUDIT OF INTERNAL LOGISTICS was launched, the aim of which is:
- Significant shortening of delivery times
- Reduction of production lead time
- Increase in productivity

- Definition of the overall long-term concept of internal logistics within SMART FLOW of the project
Installation of a new block assembly line

We are expanding the block assembly center with another assembly line, which is built according to the previous Mathieu lines 1-3. The Mathieu IV line replaces the heavy block line, which is obsolete. Blocks that are tested on the heavy block line are moved to the Mathieu lines, where the individual test procedures are optimized and much more efficient. With this, we promise to increase the existing capacity for the assembly of blocks.
Ordering Kadia and DMG machines

As part of the Smart F.L.O.W. project investments we ordered new KADIA 6 machines and a lathe from DMG MORI for the prototype workshop.
Implementation of Cobot on PD2E line

The implementation of the entire project started in May 2020. From the beginning, there was a lot of work around the project. First of all, analyzes of the original workplace were carried out, the layout of the new workplace was processed, it was necessary to ensure risk analyses, create the structure of the workplace and tools, and also overcome a number of obstacles related to the implementation, such as keeping the 25s / 1 piece line clock. By implementing COBOT, we achieved a saving of 1 worker, which we can use elsewhere and accelerated the pace of production.
Launch of the SMART Grow program

We have prepared the SMART Grow development program for selected employees.
It contains 12 full-day workshops of a comprehensive program of managerial skills and project management. With this very effective method of learning directly on a real work assignment, colleagues will gain very valuable knowledge and experience, which they will be able to apply and develop within SMART F.L.O.W. project.

The „Management Academy“ project, which was created based on the results of the Employee Survey from the summer of 2020, has completed its third workshop. On Thursday, June 24, 2021, the company‘s top managers improved their ability to provide feedback and conduct individual meetings. They will use the new knowledge in their daily work with their team. Let‘s turn theory into practice and translate everything new and meaningful into everyday life at AHCZ. There is always a choice for us and we believe he will know that.
