Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The candidate will help monitor active marketing campaigns and activities while also developing ways to improve our marketing strategies. The Sales & Marketing Assistant should bring in ideas for marketing programs designed to improve and grow the company's brand.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the communication (internally and externally) and social media of the Brazilian entity.

Working closely with the Sales Team and taking on responsibilities to support direct accounts will also be part of the Sales & Marketing Assistant role.


  • Support and represent the company on our digital channels
  • Develop content for digital campaigns
  • Improve and develop internal campaigns
  • Organize, support and attend fairs and events
  • Represent the ARGO-HYTOS brand and communicate that identity to colleagues and business partners
  • Provide commercial support to agricultural equipment manufacturing companies
  • Internally manage the customer order portfolio
  • Participate in trainings and stay up to date on our products, processes and services

Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields
  • 2 years or more experience working in marketing
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a busy environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience in the commercial area
  • Good formal communication and command of the Portuguese language
  • Intermediate English
  • Basic knowledge of editing tools for Creative Cloud applications (i.e. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
  • Sufficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel to and work from the Brazilian hub in Jundiaí (São Paulo)
