What does a day in Internal Sales look like?

On a day-to-day basis, I work closely with our customers to ensure that they are content. From providing customer service to understanding their needs, I listen closely to what our customers request and propose the best solution together with my team.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

The moments where my work gets recognised and appreciated by my team in addition to contributing to the development of new opportunities for our clients and expanding our portfolio is invaluable to me. Furthermore, it is a great pleasure to contribute to the expansion of the ARGO-HYTOS hub in Brazil – experiencing the discernible growth is incredibly rewarding.

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

ARGO-HYTOS’ strong commitment to becoming one of the world’s leading suppliers of hydraulic systems drives my team here in Brazil. Moreover, as a family business, the company has a fantastic organisational climate that brings a highly supportive environment.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you come up with solutions?

First, we learn about what our customer needs. Thereafter, I coordinate with our engineering team to evaluate and define the best solution that will leave the customer satisfied. Teamwork and close collaboration with our customer are essential to bringing our solutions to life.
