We undertake to observe the internationally proclaimed human rights in our sphere of influence.We mean to provide a workplace free of discrimination and harassment based on gender, race, skin color, religious beliefs, age, national origin, handicap or sexual orientation. We respect the dignity, privacy and personality of each individual employee. We firmly reject child labor in our company and expect the same from our business partners.In doing so, we are bound by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We reject any form of forced labor in our companies and at our business partners.
Fair compensation and working hours
We recognize our workers’ needs for adequate remuneration and adhere to the legally guaranteed minimum wages in the respective labor markets. We follow the regulations concerning working hours in each of our companies.

We consider the protection of the environment and the natural resources in the context of a sustainable and equitable economy, combining the needs of the present and coming generations as a key duty, to protect and re-establish the integrity of the earth’s ecosystem.
We maintain an environmental management system at our production sites world-wide, which we continuously improve. Local environmental protection laws and the specifications of the ARGO-HYTOS group must be observed as a minimum.
Protection of personal data
Personal data of our employees and business partners are used thriftily and for operationally necessary and lawful purposes only. Personal data is protected against unauthorized access and loss.
Conflict of interests, gifts and attempted bribery
We give an undertaking not to accept gifts or payments or hold (company) investments, which could lead to a conflict of interests. Particularly neither bribes nor any other illegal payments may be offered, made or accepted.

We set ourselves ambitious, measurable and achievable targets, whose fulfilment we continuously monitor and initiate effective corrective actions in the event of non-compliance.
In addition, we have an integrated quality management, certified according to ISO 9001 and covering all areas of the company.
